There is a growing trend in people travelling from other countries to India in search treatment.

India is on the Third position after Malaysia and Thailand on World Medical Tourism Map. The main cities in India where foreigners comes for medical treatment are Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Vellore, Thiruvananthapuram , Ahmedabad, Cochin, Bangalore, Noida. The list is incomplete, for example, in Kerala where there are so many Ayurveda Hospitals , which provides treatment for Parkinsonism, Dementia and Stroke and so on. Chennai is known as 'India's Health Capital'.

The event is organized by Confederation of  Indian Industry(CII). Theme for the conference is "Your Destination for Good Health". Conference is on 17 and 18 November 2017 at The Raviz Resort and Spa, Kadavu, Calicut, Kerala.
